LaVeena B. Archers, PhD is a Certified Executive Coach, trained at the Center for Executive Coaching, who brings the authentic Human Design System into the work rather than in place of it.
The coaching credential comes first here deliberately. Buyers on this site are making commercial decisions, and the qualification that speaks to that is the coaching one — the 14 years of Human Design behind it are what make the coaching specific rather than general.
Human Design Business exists to apply the authentic mechanics of the Human Design System to real professional life — career, leadership, decision-making, and income.
Most advice about success is generic. It assumes everyone has the same energy, the same decision-making process, and the same path to sustainable results. Human Design shows that this is not true. The business application of it is called BG5, and it names what you are built to do at work rather than what your energy feels like from the inside: your Career Type, your Personal Interaction Style, your Decision-Making Strategy, your Environmental Style. Once those are on the table, work gets clearer and cheaper to produce.
